Shipping & Returns Policies
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, should the return be a result of your error or change of mind you will be required to organise and pay for the return shipping to us.
Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply if the wrong item is ordered or the customer changes their mind.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the approval required from us for the return, transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You then need to organise return shipping to us with a courier company or Australia Post.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Other returns (damaged goods) may be accepted at the discretion of 1800SafeNow.com.au management.

Orders over $150.00: Free shipping.
Orders under $149.99: $14.95 shipping,
Shipping can only be delivered to Australian addresses (No PO Boxes). Please note with residential address courier companies will leave the parcel at the door.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we do not currently ship outside of Australia.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at sales@1800SafeNow.com.au with your order number and information. If the item has already been dispatched we will not be able to change the item, rather it will require an exchange. We do not cover the freight for exchanges.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in regional Victoria, or direct from our suppliers and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
There can be the occasional Supplier or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
All orders are sent with tracking information. An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. On Occasion your item may arrive before we receive the tracking number if the item is being sent direct from a supplier.
