At Runnymede Safety, we offer state of the art embroidery services and a full blown team of designers who can assist in decorating all your clothing. Embroidery is a rich option and gives a very professional look to all your work wear, safety wear and business wear.
We do not charge setup for embroidery. Yes we will setup your logo* without any charge and embroider your garments. Please see below pricing.

NOTE: Minimum quantity on new & repeat orders: 5 units
*Important note on logo setup; Since we do not charge setup/digitisation costs on the design, we will not be able to provide the customer the source files; If you would like to get the source files, there will be a charge of $80.00 inc GST; Also we will do one free setup on each order, we cannot do multiple designs on the same order. If you would like more than 1 design on an order, there will be additional setup costs. Please discuss with our sales team before putting the order online. Runnymede Safety reserves the right to cancel orders that have very complicated artwork or designs that do not meet our pricing/stitch count requirements.
Artwork Requirements
We will need artwork in high resolution JPEG or PDF. If the artwork is vector (EPS/AI/CDR) and converted to curves with the PMS shades it will be great else we can work with bitmaps as well. Please do specify your PMS or CMYK colours of your logo so that we get the colours right. Logo files (Max 5MB) can be added at the time of selection type of embroidery and number of garments to be embroidered.
Artwork Proof & Approval Process
When completing the checkout, under Order Notes (Optional) add a note that “Embroidery Required” and our team will review your requirements and check uploaded files.
Once we have processed your order, our embroidery team will contact you via email with a digital & physical artwork proof. During this process you are able to advise any artwork amendments that need to be made. Once you have approved the final proof we will begin production.
